Heat oven to 350°F.
Cook potatoes in boiling water in large saucepan 6 min.; drain. (Potatoes will not be done.)
Melt 1/4 cup butter. Combine sour cream, ham, cheese, soup and onions in large bowl. Add melted butter and potatoes; mix lightly. Spoon into 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
Melt remaining butter; mix with bread crumbs. Sprinkle over potato mixture.
Bake 30 min. or until heated through.
Serve with a crisp mixed green salad tossed with your favorite KRAFT Lite Dressing.
Prepare using dry Italian-style bread crumbs.
Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley before baking.
