What You Need
Original recipe yields 8 servings
2 lb. lean ground beef
1/4 cup HEINZ Yellow Mustard
1 Tbsp. LEA & PERRINS Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp. black pepper
8 KRAFT Singles
8 lettuce leaves
2 tomatoes, each cut into 4 slices
8 red onion slices
8 sesame seed hamburger buns
1/2 cup SIMPLY HEINZ Ketchup

Let's Make It
Heat grill to medium heat.
Mix first 4 ingredients just until blended.
Shape into 8 (1/2-inch-thick) patties.
Grill 5 to 6 min. on each side or until done (160ºF). Top with Singles; grill 1 min. or until melted.
Place lettuce, tomatoes and onions on bottom halves of buns; cover with burgers, ketchup and tops of buns.
To toast the buns, place bun halves, cut sides down, on grill grate for the last few minutes of the burger grilling time. Grill 1 min. or until lightly toasted.
Serve with raw vegetables and your favorite fresh fruit to round out the meal.
