2 Tbsp. butter
8 egg s, beaten
1-1/2 cups chopped cooked ham
1 can (15.25 oz.) DEL MONTE® Whole Kernel Corn, drained
3 green onion s, sliced
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese, divided
4 cups (1/2 of 32-oz. pkg.) ORE-IDA TATER TOTS

Heat oven to 425ºF.

Melt butter in large ovenproof skillet on medium heat. Tilt skillet to evenly coat bottom and side of skillet with butter.

Add eggs, ham, corn and onions to skillet; mix well. Cook 4 min. or until edge begins to set. Remove from heat.

Top with 3/4 cup cheese and TATER TOTS.

Bake 32 to 35 min. or until knife inserted in center of frittata comes out clean and TATER TOTS are golden brown. Remove from oven. Sprinkle with remaining cheese; let stand 5 min. or until melted.
