What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
1/4 cup GREY POUPON Hearty Spicy Brown Mustard, divided
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
4 boneless skinless chicken thigh s (1 lb.), pounded to 1/4-inch thickness
2/3 cup orange juice
2 small kiwi s, peeled, thinly sliced and halved

Mix 2 Tbsp. mustard and butter until blended. Place chicken on rack of broiler pan sprayed with cooking spray. Broil, 6 inches from heat, 8 to 10 min. or until done (165ºF), turning and brushing frequently with mustard mixture.
Meanwhile, bring orange juice and remaining mustard to boil in small saucepan; remove from heat. Stir in kiwi. Serve chicken with sauce.
Prepare using HEINZ Yellow Mustard.
Variation Grilled Chicken Thighs
Heat grill to medium heat. Grill chicken 6 min. on each side. Brush with mustard mixture; grill 2 to 4 min. or until done (165ºF), turning and brushing occasionally with remaining mustard mixture.
Stir 1/4 tsp. ground ginger into orange mixture.
