Head outside to grill up these spicy Southern Barbecue Ribs. These spicy ribs get their kick from a little bit of Sriracha sauce.

1-1/4 cups BULL'S-EYE Original Barbecue Sauce
1 Tbsp. Sriracha sauce (hot chili sauce)
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 lb. pork baby back ribs

Heat greased grill to low heat.

Mix barbecue sauce, Sriracha sauce and garlic. Reserve 1/2 cup barbecue sauce mixture; set aside.

Place ribs, bones sides down, on grill grate. Cook, uncovered, 30 min. on each side. Brush with remaining barbecue sauce mixture. Grill 30 min. or until ribs are done, turning and brushing occasionally with remaining barbecue sauce mixture.

Serve with the reserved barbecue sauce mixture.

Serve with a tossed green salad and fresh grilled vegetables.

Use Your Oven
Heat oven to 350°F. Place ribs on rack in pan. Bake 30 min. Brush barbecue sauce mixture onto both sides of ribs. Bake 45 min. or until ribs are done, turning occasionally and brushing with remaining barbecue sauce mixture for the last 15 min. Serve with reserved barbecue sauce mixture.

How to Shorten the Grill Time
Heat oven to 350°F. Place ribs in foil-lined 15x10x1-inch pan. Bake 45 min. Then, place on grill over medium heat. Grill 10 to 15 min. or until ribs are done, turning and brushing occasionally with remaining barbecue sauce mixture.
