1/3 cup milk
2 oz. PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, cubed, softened
1/8 tsp. ground red pepper (cayenne)
1 pkg. (12 oz.) OSCAR MAYER Smoked Ham, chopped
1/2 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
2 Tbsp. chopped onion s
6 flour tortilla s (6 inch), warmed
hot pepper sauce

Beat eggs, milk, Neufchatel and ground pepper with whisk until blended.
Spray large skillet with cooking spray. Add egg mixture; cook 3 to 5 min. or until almost set, stirring occasionally. Add ham, cheese and onions. Cook 2 to 3 min. or until egg mixture is completely set and cheese is melted, stirring occasionally.
Spoon egg mixture evenly down center of each tortilla; top with dash of pepper sauce. Fold in opposite sides of each tortilla, then roll up, burrito-style.
Stir in 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro with the ham, cheese and onions.
Prepare using your favorite OSCAR MAYER Deli Meat and KRAFT Cheese.
