What You Need
Original recipe yields 8 servings
18 low-fat cinnamon graham crackers, finely crushed (about 1-1/4 cups)
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 cup butter or margarine
2 Tbsp. MAXWELL HOUSE Instant Coffee
1 Tbsp. water
1 qt. fat-free no-sugar-added vanilla ice cream
1 can (6 oz.) frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
1 cup thawed COOL WHIP LITE Whipped Topping

Mix graham crumbs, sugar and butter; press onto bottom and up side of 9-inch pie plate.
Dissolve coffee granules in water in small bowl. Beat ice cream, juice concentrate and dissolved coffee in large bowl with mixer until blended. Spoon into crust.
Freeze 4 hours or until firm. Serve topped with COOL WHIP.
Sprinkle pie with 2 tsp. orange zest and 1/4 cup chopped orange sections just before serving.
Omit graham crackers, sugar and butter. Prepare using 1 ready-to-use graham cracker crumb crust (6 oz.).
