Original recipe yields 4 servings
1/2 lb. red potatoes (about 2), cut into 1-inch pieces
1 large green pepper, cut into strips
1 onion, sliced
1 Tbsp. MINUTE Tapioca
2 lb. mixed bone-in skinless chicken breasts, legs and thighs
1 can (8 oz.) no-salt-added tomato sauce
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. LEA & PERRINS Reduced Sodium Worcestershire Sauce
1 Tbsp. HEINZ Yellow Mustard
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 tsp. ground red pepper (cayenne)

Place vegetables in slow cooker sprayed with cooking spray. Sprinkle with tapioca. Add chicken. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over chicken. Cover with lid.

Cook on LOW 8 to 10 hours (or on HIGH 4 to 5 hours) or until chicken is done (165°F).

Transfer chicken and vegetables to serving dish. Skim and discard fat from sauce in slow cooker; spoon sauce over chicken and vegetables.
