1 fennel bulb, trimmed, cut into 1/2-inch-thick wedges
1 onion, thinly sliced
1/2 cup chopped dried mango s
2 Tbsp. MINUTE Tapioca
2 lb. mixed bone-in skinless drumsticks and thighs
2 cloves garlic, minced
3/4 tsp. roasted ground cumin
1/2 tsp. ground coriander
1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
1 cup mango nectar
1/4 cup finely chopped fresh cilantro

Place first 3 ingredients in slow cooker sprayed with cooking spray. Sprinkle with tapioca. Add chicken; sprinkle with garlic and seasonings.

Pour nectar over ingredients in slow cooker; cover with lid.

Cook on LOW 7 to 8 hours (or on HIGH 3-1/2 to 4 hours). Sprinkle with cilantro before serving.
