1/2 cup slivered onion s
1/2 tsp. caraway seed
4 flour tortillas (8 inch)
1/4 cup KRAFT Thousand Island Dressing
6 oz. deli corned beef, thinly sliced
4 KRAFT Big Slice Aged Swiss Cheese Slice s

Cook sauerkraut, onions and caraway seed in heavy medium nonstick skillet on medium heat 5 min. or until onions are tender, stirring frequently. Remove from heat.

Spread tortillas with dressing; top with meat, sauerkraut mixture and cheese. Fold tortillas in half.

Wipe skillet clean with paper towels. Heat skillet on medium-high heat. Add 1 quesadilla; cook 1 min. on each side or until cheese is melted and quesadilla is evenly browned on both sides. Remove from skillet. Repeat with remaining quesadillas.
