Original recipe yields 6 servings
3 cups small cauliflower florets (from 2-lb. head)
1 cup CLASSICO Creamy Alfredo Pasta Sauce
1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Parmesan Cheese

Microwave cauliflower in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 8 min. Add pasta sauce; mix lightly.
Spoon into 9-inch square pan sprayed with cooking spray; top with cheese.
Broil, 6 inches from heat, 3 min. or until cauliflower mixture is heated through and cheese is golden brown.
To prepare cauliflower for cooking or eating raw, remove and discard the leaves and stem. Separate the head into florets and rinse under cold water.
