What You Need
Original recipe yields 8 servings
1 Tbsp. oil
1 cup frozen okra, thawed
1/2 cup chopped yellow onions
2 lb. ground pork
2 cans (14.5 oz. each) fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth, divided
2 cups quick-cooking grits, uncooked
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese
3 green onions, sliced
1 cup HEINZ BBQ Sauce Carolina Tangy Vinegar Style

Let's Make It
Heat grill to medium heat.
Heat oil in cast iron skillet on grill grate 5 min. Add okra and yellow onions; cook and stir 1 min. Add meat; cook 10 min. or until done, stirring frequently. Stir in 1/4 cup chicken broth; simmer 10 min., stirring occasionally.
Meanwhile, pour remaining broth into heavy medium saucepan; place on grate next to skillet. Bring to boil. Stir in grits; cook 5 min. or until done, stirring occasionally. Add cheese and green onions; cook and stir 1 to 2 min. or until cheese is melted. Remove from grill.
Add barbecue sauce to meat mixture; cook 2 to 3 min. or until heated through, stirring frequently. Serve over grits.
Serve with assorted cut-up fresh vegetables to round out the meal.
