What You Need
Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 fat-free flour tortilla (6 inch)
1 KRAFT 2% Milk Sharp Cheddar Singles
3 thin avocado slices
1 Tbsp. roasted red pepper strips
2 dashes hot pepper sauce

Let's Make It
Place tortilla on microwaveable plate; top with remaining ingredients. Fold in half.
Microwave on HIGH 15 to 20 sec. or until 2% Milk Singles begins to melt. Fold in half again to serve.
Serve with a mixed green salad tossed with your favorite KRAFT Dressing.
Sprinkle chopped leftover cooked chicken over the quesadilla filling before folding tortilla in half and microwaving.
