1 cup plain nonfat Greek-style yogurt

1/2 cup ice cubes

Blend all ingredients except ice in blender until smooth.
Add ice; blend on high speed until thickened.
Use coffee ice cubes when making this smoothie. To make coffee ice cubes, freeze extra brewed coffee in ice cube trays. Coffee ice cubes can also be used to chill iced coffee without diluting it or in any coffee blender drinks instead of regular ice cubes.
