1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, softened
4 egg s
1 Tbsp. MAXWELL HOUSE Instant Coffee
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2/3 cup flour
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
2 Tbsp. oil, divided
1/2 cup BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
1/4 cup toasted PLANTERS Sliced Almonds

Beat Neufchatel, eggs, coffee granules and vanilla in medium bowl with mixer until blended. Add flour and cinnamon; mix just until blended.

Heat 1 Tbsp. oil in large skillet on medium heat. Spoon 1 Tbsp. batter into skillet for each pancake; cook 1 min. or until bubbles form on tops, then turn over to brown other sides, adding remaining oil as needed.

Serve topped with chocolate morsels and nuts.
