What You Need
Original recipe yields 6 servings
3 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
1 tsp. curry powder
1 can (14-1/2 oz.) fat-free reduced-sodium beef broth, divided
1/3 cup apricot jam
6 boneless pork chop s (1-1/2 lb.), 1/2 inch thick
5 green onions, sliced

Whisk flour, mustard, curry powder and 1 cup broth in medium bowl until blended. Add jam and remaining broth; mix well.
Cook chops in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat 3 min. on each side or until evenly browned on both sides.
Stir broth mixture; pour over chops. Bring sauce to boil; simmer on low heat 7 to 8 min. or until chops are done (145°F). Transfer chops to platter, reserving sauce in skillet. Let chops stand 3 min. Meanwhile, add onions to sauce in skillet; cook 3 min., stirring frequently.
Pour sauce over chops before serving.
Serve over hot cooked noodles or brown rice.
Sprinkle with 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro or parsley just before serving.
