Heat grill to medium heat.
Mix chicken and seasoning mix; shape into 4 (1/2-inch-thick) half-moon patties.
Grill patties 5 to 6 min. on each side or until done (165°F). Top with VELVEETA Slices; grill 1 min. or until melted.
Place cheeseburgers on tortillas. Top with remaining ingredients; fold in half to cover fillings, then fold in half again to make wedge-shaped sandwich.

Cook patties in skillet on medium heat 5 to 6 min. on each side or until done (165º).
Omit avocado and ketchup. Top each cheeseburger with 1 Tbsp. BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream and 1 Tbsp. TACO BELL® Thick & Chunky Salsa.
Sprinkle with chopped fresh cilantro before serving.
