1/4 cup BREAKSTONE'S Reduced Fat or KNUDSEN Light Sour Cream
2 Tbsp. white balsamic vinegar
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. celery seed
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
1 pkg. (14 oz.) coleslaw blend (cabbage slaw mix)
