Original recipe yields 6 servings
2 large tomatoes, each cut into 6 slices
1 pkg. (6 oz.) ATHENOS Traditional Feta Cheese, cut into 12 slices
3/4 cup KRAFT Greek Vinaigrette with Feta Cheese and Oregano Dressing made with Extra Virgin Olive Oil, divided
1 large red onion, cut into 6 slices
1 seedless cucumber, cut into 12 slices
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh mint

Place 1 tomato slice on each of 6 salad plates; top each with 2 cheese slices. Drizzle evenly with half the dressing.
Cover each stack with onions, cucumbers and remaining tomatoes.
Drizzle evenly with remaining dressing; top with mint.
