What You Need
Original recipe yields 5 servings
2 large red pepper s, each cut into 8 lengthwise strips
2 large zucchini, cut diagonally into 1/2-inch-thick slices
1/2 cup KRAFT Lite Zesty Italian Dressing, divided
1 pkg. (20 oz.) turkey tenderloin s
1/2 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce, divided

Let's Make It
Toss vegetables with 2 Tbsp. dressing. Refrigerate 30 min.
Meanwhile, pour 1/4 cup of the remaining dressing over turkey in shallow dish; turn to evenly coat turkey. Refrigerate 30 min. to marinate.
Heat grill to medium heat. Remove turkey and vegetables from marinade; discard marinade. Grill turkey and vegetables 5 min. on each side. Reserve 1/4 cup of the barbecue sauce for later use. Brush turkey with 2 Tbsp. of the remaining barbecue sauce; turn.
Brush vegetables evenly with 1 Tbsp. of the remaining dressing; turn. Continue grilling turkey and vegetables 8 min. or until turkey is done (165ºF), occasionally brushing turkey with the remaining barbecue sauce and brushing vegetables with the remaining dressing.
Remove ingredients from grill. Cut turkey into slices. Serve with the vegetables and reserved barbecue sauce.
