Original recipe yields 4 servings
1/4 cup KRAFT Tuscan House Italian Dressing
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1/2 cup fresh mint
1 piece gingerroot (1 inch), peeled
4 cloves garlic
2 green chiles, stemmed
1 tsp. garam masala
1 tsp. ground coriander
1 tsp. ground cumin
1/4 tsp. ground red pepper (cayenne)
1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast s, cut into 1-inch pieces

Blend all ingredients except chicken in blender until smooth. Pour over chicken in shallow dish; stir to evenly coat chicken. Refrigerate 15 min. to marinate.

Heat grill to medium-high heat. Thread chicken onto 8 skewers; discard marinade.

Grill 16 to 18 min. or until chicken is done, turning occasionally.

How to Prevent Wooden Skewers from Burning
