What You Need
Original recipe yields 2 servings
1/4 cup KRAFT Sweet Honey CATALINA Dressing, divided
1/2 yellow squash, cut lengthwise in half
1/2 zucchini, cut lengthwise in half
1 red pepper, cut into wide strips
2 small boneless skinless chicken breast s (1/2 lb.)
2 whole wheat pita bread s, cut in half
2 KRAFT Big Slice Pepper Jack Cheese Slice s, cut in half

Drizzle 2 Tbsp. dressing over vegetables in shallow dish; turn to coat. Refrigerate 1 hour.
Heat grill to medium heat. Grill chicken and vegetables 6 to 8 min. on each side or until chicken is done (165°F) and vegetables are crisp-tender, brushing chicken with remaining dressing for the last 5 min.
Cut chicken into strips; place in pita halves along with the vegetables and cheese.
Add lettuce and tomato slices to sandwiches.
Serve with fresh fruit and a cold glass of fat-free milk.
