What You Need
Original recipe yields 6 servings
2-1/2 cups penne rigate pasta, uncooked
1-1/2 cups frozen mixed vegetables (broccoli, carrots, red peppers)
3 cups chopped rotisserie chicken
6 oz. VELVEETA®, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
1/2 tsp. dried Italian seasoning
1 cup halved grape tomato es
2 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

Let's Make It
Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt and adding vegetables to the boiling water for the last 5 min.; drain. Return pasta mixture to saucepan.
Add chicken, VELVEETA and seasoning; stir. Cook 5 min. or until VELVEETA is completely melted, stirring frequently.
Stir in tomatoes and Parmesan.
Prepare using your favorite small pasta.
Substitute any frozen vegetable blend for the broccoli, carrots, red peppers blend. Let the kids choose their favorite variety to use in this one-pot dinner!
