Original recipe yields 4 servings
1 cup frozen sliced strawberries, thawed
1 tsp. sugar
1/8 tsp. vanilla
8 frozen pancakes (4 inch), warmed, divided
1/4 cup PHILADELPHIA Dark Chocolate Cream Cheese Spread
4 tsp. OSCAR MAYER Real Bacon Bits, heated

Let's Make It
Combine strawberries, sugar and vanilla.
Spread 4 pancakes evenly with cream cheese spread.
Top remaining pancakes evenly with strawberry mixture and bacon bits. Cover with pancakes, cream cheese-side down. Cut each pancake stack into 4 wedges.
To serve as "tostadas," top all pancakes evenly with cream cheese spread, strawberry mixture and bacon bits.
Serve with a glass of fat-free milk to round out the meal.
Prepare using 1 cup fresh strawberries.
Make strawberry mixture the night before to make for easy preparation in the morning.
