Original recipe yields 16 servings
1 pkg. (2-layer size) white cake mix
2 tsp. ground ginger
1 tsp. ground cloves
2 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. ground cinnamon, divided
6 oz. (3/4 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
6 Tbsp. butter, softened
3 cups powdered sugar, sifted
1/2 cup chopped small hot cinnamon candies

Heat oven to 350ºF.

Prepare cake batter and bake in 13x9-inch pan as directed on package, mixing ginger, cloves and 2 Tbsp. ground cinnamon into batter before pouring into prepared pan. Cool completely.

Beat cream cheese and butter in large bowl with mixer until blended. Gradually add sugar, beating well after each addition. Beat in remaining ground cinnamon; spread onto cake.

Sprinkle with cinnamon candies just before serving.
