Original recipe yields 16 servings
13 oz. (1/2 of 26-oz. pkg.) frozen breaded popcorn chicken
2 oz. Queso Blanco VELVEETA®, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
2 Tbsp. BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
2 Tbsp. milk
1 plum tomato, chopped
2 Tbsp. KRAFT Mexican Style Finely Shredded Four Cheese
2 slices cooked OSCAR MAYER Bacon, crumbled
2 green onions, sliced

Heat oven to 425ºF.
Bake chicken as directed on package.
Meanwhile, cook VELVEETA, sour cream and milk in saucepan on medium-low heat 5 to 8 min. or until VELVEETA is completely melted and sauce is well blended, stirring constantly.
Place chicken in shallow bowl; drizzle with VELVEETA sauce. Top with remaining ingredients.
