What You Need
Original recipe yields 10 servings
10 fresh pineapple chunks (1 inch)
10 strawberries, hulled
10 JET-PUFFED Marshmallow s
3 oz. BAKER'S White Chocolate, melted
1/4 cup BAKER'S ANGEL FLAKE Coconut, toasted

Let's Make It
Thread 1 each pineapple chunk, strawberry and marshmallow onto each of 10 skewers.
Place chocolate and coconut in separate shallow bowls.
Dip skewers, 1 at a time, into chocolate, then coconut, turning to evenly coat each skewer with each ingredient.
Refrigerate 30 min.
Easy Microwave Melting of BAKER'S Chocolate
Microwave BAKER'S Chocolate to be used in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 30 sec.; stir. Microwave 30 sec. more; stir. Continue heating and stirring in 10-sec. increments until chocolate is completely melted.
How to Toast Coconut
Toasting coconut is easy. Just spread BAKER'S ANGEL FLAKE Coconut evenly in shallow baking pan. Bake at 350°F for 7 to 10 min. or until lightly browned, stirring frequently. Or, spread in microwaveable pie plate. Microwave on HIGH 3 min. or until lightly browned, stirring every minute. Watch carefully as coconut can easily burn!
