Original recipe yields 4 servings
4 skinless salmon fillet s (1 lb.)
1/3 cup BULL'S-EYE Original Barbecue Sauce
2 romaine heart s, cut lengthwise in half
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1/4 cup KRAFT Classic Caesar Dressing
1/3 cup croutons
1/4 cup KRAFT Shredded Parmesan Cheese

Let's Make It
Heat grill to medium-high heat.
Grill fish 4 min. on each side or until fish flakes easily with fork, brushing frequently with barbecue sauce.
Meanwhile, brush romaine with oil; grill 30 sec. to 1 min. or until lightly charred, turning occasionally.
Place romaine on serving plate; top with fish. Drizzle with dressing; sprinkle with croutons and cheese.
Serve with lemon wedges to squeeze over fish and salad.
