Heat oven to 325ºF.
Combine first 3 ingredients; press onto bottom and up side of 9-inch pie plate. Bake 10 min. Meanwhile, mash 1 cup strawberries. Slice remaining strawberries; refrigerate until ready to use.
Add boiling water to gelatin mixes in medium bowl; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Stir in mashed berries until blended. Refrigerate 45 min. or until slightly thickened.
Whisk sour cream into gelatin mixture until blended. Refrigerate 20 min. or until thick enough to mound; spoon into crust.
Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm. Spread COOL WHIP over pie; top with sliced berries.
Use 1 pkg. (3 oz.) JELL-O SIMPLY GOOD Strawberry Flavor Gelatin.
Prepare using 2 pkg. (0.3 oz. each) JELL-O Strawberry Flavor Sugar Free Gelatin, BREAKSTONE'S Reduced Fat or KNUDSEN Light Sour Cream, and COOL WHIP LITE Whipped Topping.
Substitute 6-oz. ready-to-use graham cracker crumb crust for the homemade vanilla wafer crumb crust.
