What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1/4 lb. ground pork
1/4 lb. dry-cured Spanish chorizo, finely chopped
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. ground cumin
1 Tbsp. oil
4 KRAFT 2% Milk Swiss Singles
4 Cuban rolls, split, toasted
1/2 cup chopped onion s
1 cup hot cooked ORE-IDA Shoestrings
4 tsp. HEINZ Tomato Ketchup

Let's Make It
Mix first 5 ingredients; shape into 4 (3/4-inch-thick) patties.
Heat oil in large skillet on medium high heat. Add patties; cook 5 to 7 min. on each side or until done (160�F). Top with 2% Milk Singles; cook 1 min. or until melted.
Fill rolls with burgers and remaining ingredients.
Serve with lettuce and thinly sliced tomatoes.
If Cuban rolls are not available, serve on small kaiser rolls or hamburger buns.
