What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
1/2 cup drained roasted red pepper strips
2 tsp. olive oil
1/2 tsp. dried thyme leaves
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 lb. extra-lean ground beef
1/4 cup finely chopped onion s
1/4 cup HEINZ Ketchup Blended with Sriracha Flavor
2 Tbsp. dry bread crumbs
4 KRAFT Slim Cut Mozzarella Cheese Slice s
4 whole wheat hamburger bun s, split, toasted
1/2 cup loosely packed baby spinach leaves

Let's Make It
Heat grill to medium heat.
Process first 4 ingredients in food processor until smooth.
Mix meat, onions, ketchup and bread crumbs just until blended; shape into 4 (1/2-inch-thick) patties.
Grill 5 to 6 min. on each side or until done (160°F). Top with cheese; grill 1 min. or until melted.
Fill buns with cheeseburgers; top with spinach and red pepper mixture.
Prepare using KRAFT Provolone Cheese Slices.
