What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
1 cup non-alcoholic margarita mix
1 tsp. ground cumin
1 tsp. zest and 2 Tbsp. juice from 1 lime
4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb.)
1/4 cup KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise
1/4 cup plain low-fat yogurt
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
1/8 tsp. ground red pepper (cayenne)
4 small tomatoes, sliced
2 small avocado s, sliced
3/4 cup sliced sweet onion s

Mix margarita mix, cumin and zest. Pour over chicken in shallow dish; turn to coat. Refrigerate 2 hours to marinate.
Heat grill to medium heat. Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade. Grill chicken 6 to 8 min. on each side or until done (165ºF). Cool 10 min.; coarsely chop.
Mix mayo, yogurt, cilantro, lime juice and pepper; toss with chicken.
Arrange tomatoes, avocados and onions on serving plates; top with chicken mixture.
Omit first 4 ingredients and first 2 steps. Mix 2 cups chopped cooked chicken with mayo mixture. Continue as directed.
Serve with lime wedges.
