What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb.)
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
1/2 tsp. ground ginger, divided
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 large apple, thinly sliced
1/2 cup dried cherries
1/3 cup chopped PLANTERS Walnuts
1/4 cup water
3 Tbsp. HEINZ Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Tbsp. brown sugar

Sprinkle chicken with pepper and 1/4 tsp. ginger.
Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add chicken; cook 6 to 7 min. on each side or until done (165ºF). Transfer to serving platter; cover to keep warm.
Add apples, cherries and nuts to skillet; cook 2 min. or until apples soften, stirring frequently. Mix water, vinegar, sugar and remaining ginger until blended. Add to skillet; cook and stir 30 sec. or until sugar dissolves. Pour sauce over chicken.
Substitute dried cranberries for the dried cherries.
