1 lb. sweet potato es (about 2), peeled, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
1 Tbsp. oil
1 each green and red pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 pkg. (12 oz.) OSCAR MAYER Natural Uncured Beef Sausage, sliced
1/3 cup HEINZ Ketchup Blended with Caramelized Onion & Bacon, divided

1 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Heat oven to 375ºF.

Microwave potatoes in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 8 min.

Heat oil in large ovenproof nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add peppers and onions; stir. Cook 2 min., stirring frequently. Add potatoes, sausage and 2 Tbsp. ketchup; mix well. Cook 2 min., stirring frequently.

Use back of spoon to make 6 small wells in potato mixture. Slip 1 cracked egg into each well.

Bake 13 to 15 min. or until egg whites are firm and yolks are cooked to desired doneness, topping eggs with cheese for the last 3 min.

Drizzle with remaining ketchup.
