1 pkg. (32 oz.) ORE-IDA TATER TOTS
1 Tbsp. chili powder
1 Tbsp. oil
1/2 lb. beef skirt steak, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
1 onion, chopped
1/2 cup frozen corn
1/2 cup coarsely chopped fresh cilantro, divided
1 pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT Shredded Hot Habanero Cheese
1/2 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
1 avocado, chopped
1 jalapeño pepper, sliced

Heat oven to 425ºF.
Bake TATER TOTS as directed on package.
Meanwhile, mix chili powder and oil until blended. Toss with meat until evenly coated; place in large nonstick skillet. Add onions; cook on medium heat 8 to 10 min. or until meat is done, stirring frequently. Add corn and half the cilantro; mix well. Cook and stir 2 to 3 min. or until heated through.
Top TATER TOTS with cheese; bake 3 min. or until melted. Top with remaining ingredients.
