Make Fresh Herb-Grilled BBQ Chicken Wraps at your summer barbecue. This recipe calls for fresh oregano, thyme, rosemary, tomato, chicken and tortillas!
What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
1/4 cup KRAFT Lite Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
1/2 tsp. chopped fresh oregano
1/2 tsp. chopped fresh thyme
1/2 tsp. chopped fresh rosemary
4 boneless skinless chicken thigh s (1 lb.)
1 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
4 tomato es, chopped
4 flour tortillas (8 inch)

Let's Make It
Heat grill to medium heat.
Combine dressing and herbs. Refrigerate 10 min. Remove 1 Tbsp. dressing mixture; brush onto chicken. Grill 6 to 8 min. on each side or until done (165ºF). Cool slightly.
Cut chicken into thin strips; place in medium bowl. Add cheese, tomatoes and remaining dressing mixture; mix lightly. Spoon down centers of tortillas. Fold in opposite sides of each tortilla, then roll up burrito style.
Place, seam sides down, on grill grate. Grill 8 to 9 min. or until heated through and evenly browned, turning after 5 min.
Serve with a mixed green salad tossed with your favorite KRAFT Lite Dressing for a quick-and-tasty weekday meal.
Serve each wrap topped with a dollop of BREAKSTONE'S Reduced Fat or KNUDSEN Light Sour Cream, and a light drizzle of fresh lime juice.
Substitute 1/8 tsp. dried herbs for each of the fresh herbs.
