1 pkg. (3 oz.) JELL-O Lemon Flavor Gelatin
1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
1/2 tsp. lemon zest
2 cups thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
1 ready-to-use graham cracker crumb crust (6 oz.)
1 cup cherry pie filling

Add boiling water to gelatin mix in small bowl; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved.
Beat cream cheese and lemon zest in large bowl with mixer until creamy; gradually beat in dissolved gelatin until blended. Gently stir in COOL WHIP; spoon into crust.
Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
Top with cherry pie filling just before serving.
