What You Need
Original recipe yields 6 servings
3-1/2 lb. mixed bone-in skinless chicken breasts, legs and thighs
1/8 tsp. ground red pepper (cayenne)
6 slices OSCAR MAYER Pepperoni, quartered
1/4 cup pimento-stuffed green olives
1 can (14.5 oz.) diced tomatoes with garlic and onion, drained
1 Tbsp. tomato paste
2 cloves garlic, minced
1-1/2 tsp. dried Italian seasoning, crushed
1/4 cup KRAFT 100% Grated Parmesan and Romano Cheese

Place chicken in slow cooker sprayed with cooking spray; sprinkle with pepper. Top with pepperoni and olives.
Combine tomatoes, tomato paste, garlic and seasoning; spoon over ingredients in slow cooker. Cover with lid.
Cook on LOW 6 to 7 hours (or on HIGH 3 to 3-1/2 hours).
Serve topped with cheese.
Prepare recipe as directed, Use slotted spoon to transfer chicken, pepperoni and olives from slow cooker to platter. Ladle cooking liquid over ingredients on platter. Top with 1/4 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Mozzarella Cheese; cover loosely with foil. Let stand 5 min. or until cheese is melted.
Serve with hot cooked pasta or long-grain rice.
