Start your day off with breakfast nachos. That's right: nachos. Our Bacon, Egg and Cheese Breakfast Nachos features jalapeño peppers and tortilla chips and are the best start you can have to any day.
What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
4 eggs, beaten
5 cups tortilla chips (about 4 oz.)
4 slices cooked OSCAR MAYER Bacon, crumbled
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese with a TOUCH OF PHILADELPHIA
1 small jalapeño pepper, thinly sliced

Let's Make It
Heat oven to 400ºF.
Cook eggs in nonstick skillet on medium heat 1 min. or just until soft set, stirring occasionally. (Do not cook until completely set - eggs will continue to cook in the oven.)
Spread half the tortilla chips onto foil-covered rimmed baking sheet; top with layers of half each of the eggs, bacon and cheese. Repeat layers.
Bake 5 min. or until cheese is melted. Top with peppers.
Prepare using KRAFT Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese with a TOUCH OF PHILADELPHIA or KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese.
