What You Need
Original recipe yields 12 servings
6 egg s
1/3 cup KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. zest and 1 tsp. juice from 1 lemon
1/8 tsp. ground red pepper (cayenne)
3 slices OSCAR MAYER Deli Fresh Honey Ham, quartered
1-1/2 tsp. chopped fresh parsley

Let's Make It
Place eggs in single layer in saucepan; add enough water to completely cover eggs by at least 1 inch. Bring water boil; cover. Remove saucepan from heat; let stand 15 min. Drain eggs; immediately place in bowl of ice water. Let stand until completely cooled, changing water if necessary.
Cut eggs lengthwise in half. Remove yolks; place in medium bowl. Mash with fork. Add mayo, lemon zest, juice and red pepper; mix well.
Place 1 ham piece in center of each egg white half; fill with yolk mixture. Top with parsley.
Prepare using KRAFT Light Mayo Reduced Fat Mayonnaise.
Eggs can be prepared in advance. Store in tightly covered container in refrigerator up to 24 hours before serving.
Garnish eggs with a light sprinkling of additional ground red pepper or paprika.
