Heat grill to medium heat.
Thread chicken onto 4 skewers alternately with peppers; set aside.
Mix remaining ingredients in small bowl until blended.
Grill kabobs 7 to 9 min. on each side or until chicken is done, brushing frequently with mustard mixture.
Prepare using boneless skinless chicken breasts.
Use Your Broiler
Heat broiler. Prepare kabobs and mustard sauce as directed. Broil kabobs, 6 inches from heat, 5 to 7 min. on each side or until chicken is done, brushing frequently with mustard mixture.
If using wooden skewers, soak skewers in water for 30 min. before using to assemble kabobs to prevent them from burning on the grill.
