What You Need
Original recipe yields 6 servings
12 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, halved
1-1/2 lb. boneless beef sirloin steak, cut into 24 pieces
1 each green and red peppers, cut into 1-1/2-inch chunks
1 onion, cut into 6 wedges
12 mushroom caps
1/2 cup A.1. Original Sauce
1/4 cup dry sherry
2 Tbsp. honey

Let's Make It
Wrap bacon pieces around beef cubes. Thread beef cubes onto 6 skewers, securing bacon ends with skewer. Thread vegetables onto 6 separate skewers. Place in shallow dish.
Mix remaining ingredients. Reserve half the A.1. mixture for later use. Pour remaining A.1. mixture over kabobs, turning to coat. Refrigerate 2 hours to marinate.
Heat grill to medium heat. Remove kabobs from marinade; discard marinade. Grill meat kabobs 5 min., turning occasionally. Add vegetable kabobs to grill; grill 5 to 6 min. or until meat is done and vegetables are crisp-tender, turning occasionally and brushing with reserved A.1. mixture for the last 5 min.
Prepare using boneless beef round steak.
Serve with cooked brown rice.
If using wooden skewers, soak skewers in water for 30 min. before using to assemble kabobs to prevent them from burning on the grill.
