1/2 tsp. lemon zest
1-1/2 cups thawed COOL WHIP LITE Whipped Topping
1 ready-to-use reduced-fat graham cracker crumb crust (6 oz.)
1 cup light cherry pie filling

Add boiling water to gelatin mix in small bowl; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved.

Beat Neufchatel and lemon zest in large bowl with mixer until creamy; gradually beat in dissolved gelatin until blended. Gently stir in COOL WHIP; spoon into crust.
