What You Need
Original recipe yields 8 servings
1/2 cup KRAFT Zesty Lime Vinaigrette Dressing
1 Tbsp. lime juice
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1/2 cup tightly packed fresh cilantro
2 cloves garlic
2 lb. boneless beef sirloin steak, cut into 1-1/4-inch pieces
1 each red and yellow pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces

Blend first 5 ingredients in blender until smooth. Pour over meat in shallow dish; stir to evenly coat meat with dressing mixture.
Refrigerate 30 min. to marinate.
Heat grill to medium heat. Remove meat from marinade; discard marinade. Thread meat onto 8 skewers alternately with peppers.
Grill kabobs 8 to 10 min. or until meat is done and peppers are crisp-tender, turning occasionally.
Use Your Broiler
Heat broiler. Assemble kabobs as directed. Broil, 6 inches from heat, 8 to 10 min. or until meat is done and peppers are crisp-tender, turning occasionally.
If using wooden skewers, soak skewers in water for 30 min. before using to assemble kabobs to prevent them from burning on the grill.
