What You Need
Original recipe yields 8 servings
1 pkg. (11.1 oz.) JELL-O No Bake Real Cheesecake Dessert
2 Tbsp. sugar
6 Tbsp. margarine, melted
1 large banana, halved
1 tsp. lemon juice
1-1/4 cups cold milk
1 can (8 oz.) crushed pineapple in juice, drained
1/2 cup sliced fresh strawberries
1/4 cup chopped PLANTERS Walnuts, toasted

Let's Make It
Mix Crust Mix, sugar and margarine with fork in 9-inch square pan until blended. Press onto bottom of pan with dry measuring cup.
Mash half the banana. Thinly slice or chop remaining banana; toss with lemon juice.
Beat milk, Filling Mix and mashed bananas with mixer on low speed just until blended. Beat on medium speed 3 min. (Filling will be thick.) Spoon over crust.
Refrigerate 1 hour. Top with sliced bananas, pineapples, strawberries and nuts.
How to Toast Nuts
Toasting nuts adds crunch and intensifies their flavor. To toast nuts in the oven, spread nuts in single layer in shallow baking pan. Bake at 350°F for 8 to 10 min. or until golden brown, stirring occasionally. To toast nuts on the stovetop, place nuts in ungreased skillet. Cook on medium heat until golden brown, stirring frequently. To toast nuts in the microwave, place up to 1 cup of nuts in a microwaveable shallow dish. Microwave on HIGH until fragrant and crisp, stirring every 30 sec.
Drizzle bars with your favorite ice cream topping.
Store leftover cheesecake bars, covered, in refrigerator.
