Original recipe yields 4 servings
1 tsp. sesame seed
1 tsp. poppy seed
1 tsp. dried minced onion
1 tsp. dried minced garlic
1/2 tsp. caraway seed
4 skinless salmon fillet s (1 lb.)
1/2 cup (1/2 of 8-oz. tub) PHILADELPHIA Chive & Onion Cream Cheese Spread
1/2 cup milk

Heat grill to medium-high heat. Place large piece heavy-duty foil on grill grate; brush with oil.
Combine seasonings; rub onto top of fish.
Place fish, seasoned sides down, on foil on grill. Grill 3 min. or until seasoning mixture is lightly toasted. Turn fish on foil; grill 4 min. or until fish flakes easily with fork.
Meanwhile, microwave cream cheese spread and milk in small microwaveable bowl on HIGH 45 sec. to 1 min. or until cream cheese is melted and mixture is heated through. Stir until blended.
Serve fish with sauce.

Prepare sauce and season fish as directed. Cook fish in large skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat, seasoned sides down, 2 min. or until seasoning mixture is lightly toasted. Turn fish; cook 3 min. or until fish flakes easily with fork. Serve with sauce.
