1/2 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. grated gingerroot
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
1/2 tsp. orange zest
1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon
4 skinless salmon fillet s (1 lb.)

Heat greased grill to medium-high heat.

Bring all ingredients except fish to boil in saucepan on medium heat. Simmer on medium-low heat 2 min., stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Reserve half the barbecue sauce mixture for later use.

Grill fish 5 to 6 min. on each side or until fish flakes easily with fork, brushing with remaining barbecue sauce mixture for the last few minutes.

Serve with reserved barbecue sauce mixture.
