2 egg whites
1 cup carbonated lemon-lime soda
2/3 cup fresh lime juice, divided
1 pkg. (5.1 oz.) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding
1 cup cold milk
1 tsp. lime zest
1-1/2 cups thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
1/2 tsp. sea salt

Heat oven to 325ºF.

Beat cake mix, egg whites, lemon-lime soda and 1/2 cup lime juice in large bowl with mixer until blended.

Spoon into 24 paper-lined muffin cups.

Bake 18 to 23 min. or until toothpick inserted in centers comes out clean. Cool in pans 10 min. Remove to wire racks; cool completely.

Beat pudding mix, milk, lime zest and remaining lime juice in large bowl with whisk 2 min. Stir in COOL WHIP. Spread onto cupcakes; sprinkle with salt.
