Try this Foil-Pack Chicken-Ramen Spaghetti for Two! Add chicken, yellow peppers and mushrooms to tasty Ramen noodles for a dish that will fill you up!
What You Need
Original recipe yields 2 servings
1 pkg. (3 oz.) ramen noodles, any flavor
1 cup OLIVO by CLASSICO Traditional Pasta Sauce
1/2 cup water
1 cup shredded cooked chicken
1/2 cup coarsely chopped yellow peppers
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
2 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

Let's Make It
Heat oven to 350°F.
Insert tip of knife into one short side of block of Noodles; use to split block horizontally in half. Place each half on separate large sheet of heavy-duty foil sprayed with cooking spray. (Discard Seasoning Packet or reserve for another use.) Bring up all sides of each foil sheet, leaving opening at top; place on baking sheet.
Mix pasta sauce and water until blended; pour over noodles. Top with chicken and vegetables. Fold ends of foil together to seal top of each packet, leaving room for heat circulation inside.
Bake 22 to 26 min. or until noodles are tender. Cut slits in foil to release steam before carefully opening packets. Stir ingredients in packets until evenly blended; sprinkle with cheese.
Sprinkle evenly with 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil or parsley before serving.
If you don't have heavy-duty foil, you can instead prepare each packet using double layer of regular foil.
