What You Need
Original recipe yields 12 servings
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup finely chopped PLANTERS Pecans
1/4 cup butter, melted
3 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon

Let's Make It
Heat oven to 325°F.
Mix ingredients until blended; press onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan.
Bake 10 min. Cool completely before filling.
To Use Crust for Cheesecake
Prepare as directed; do not bake. Pour cheesecake batter over crust and bake as directed in recipe.
Reduce oven temperature to 300ºF if using a dark nonstick springform pan.
How to Crush Graham Crackers
Place graham crackers in resealable plastic bag. Flatten bag to remove excess air, then seal bag. Crush the grahams into crumbs by rolling a rolling pin across the bag.
